Toni Harman

Toni trained at the London Film School and after graduating, she worked as a Director making documentaries and factual programmes for broadcast television including several series for Channel 4 and Sky.

During this time, Toni made a string of successful short films including “Daddy’s Boy”, a 10 minute 35 mm film which won the Silver Méliès Award for Best European Short Film, and three other short films, “Tube Hell”, “Bus Hell” and “Taxi Hell” which have been distributed internationally and broadcast in over 40 countries worldwide.

As a writer / director, Toni is keen to make genre films that are character-led stories tackling the uncomfortable but universal themes of revenge, envy, paranoia, pain and fear, with characters struggling to confront the dark side of their own psyche.

CREDO is Toni's first feature length film. She is currently working on follow up projects, the first of which, CAT'S CRADLE, will go into production in 2008.
